记录一下如何手动打包wsp

生成cab使用的Powershell 方法：

使用方法：打开powershell，把这个方法贴进去，然后运行：

compress-directory .\folderpath .\filename.cab

就会将文件夹打包为.cab，然后把后缀改为.wsp即可。
