Linux 内核api man 手册安装

找到正在使用的Linux内核的源码编译出man手册通过man 内核api 函数名查看函数的原型

1.环境准备

apt-get install xmlto 将xml转换成其它的格式
在内核目录执行make mandocs
kernel_imx# make mandocs

２.安装

sudo make installmandocs
install Documentation/DocBook/man/*.9.gz /usr/local/man/man9/

３.使用

man kmalloc

NAME
kmalloc - allocate memory

SYNOPSIS
void * kmalloc(size_t size, gfp_t flags);

ARGUMENTS
size
how many bytes of memory are required.

   flags
       the type of memory to allocate.

DESCRIPTION
kmalloc is the normal method of allocating memory for objects smaller than page size in the kernel.
