arcgis 创建企业地理数据库报错：Cannot connect to database because the database client software failed toload.Be suer that the database client software is installed and configuredcorrectly。
解决方法：环境变量中添加如下

电脑上安装了ArcGIS Desktop和ArcGIS Server，其中ArcGIS Desktop是32位，ArcGIS Server是64位的。若要在ArcCatalog或ArcMap中连接Oracle数据库，需要在Windows上安装Oracle的客户端，最开始是安装了32位的Oracle-client，可以成功连接Oracle数据库。
为了能利用Oracle数据库中的数据源在ArcGIS Server中发布地图服务，需要在ArcGIS Server中注册Oracle数据库，但是，在注册的过程中，出现“Cannot connect to database because the database client software failed to load. Be sure database client software is installed and configured correctly”错误框。
在Windows上安装了64位的Oracle客户端，并在Path中变量中加入了“C:\Program Files\Oralce;C:\Program Files(X86)\Oralce”，其中“C:\Program Files\Oralce”在“C:\Program Files(X86)\Oralce”前面，优先选择64位的Oracle客户端。
