pl/proxy-2.5安装在postgresql9.6上无法编译

在postgresql安装编译pl/ploxy-2.5报错

本人之前在9.4和9.2上安装过没有出现问题，个人判断是pl/ploxy-2.5不支持pg9.6，需要自己改一下内容，我还没找到方法。pl/ploxy-2.5是2012年的东西了，也许久不更新了。如果想做pl/ploxy-2.5的实验，建议不要用pg9.6了

后经实验，pl/ploxy-2.5在pg9.5上编译的时候也是会出错的，错误和上述差不过。
