badminton ball

Yesterday, I play badminton with my grandma, she can play it short, where there is a short dissidence between us.
My arm is a little pain that day, so I didn’t play it long, I mean I didn’t play it fast, all people said I hit the badminton ball to hard, so the ball is to fast for people to hit it, well, I first thought I wasn’t hard, I just hit it fast, then I thought. After a week of people saying I hit it too hard, I now know it takes strength to swing it fast, so now I use less strength.
By the way, I played badminton with grandma today.
