解决k8s安装flannel无法拉取镜像(ImagePullBackOff)

在安装k8s的时候，最后需要安装flannel网络插件才可以使用，在下载的时候因为是国外的地址导致无法安装，报错如下：

 那如何解决呢，首先先下载下来kube-flannel.yml文件，如果没有，自己创建一个，修改quay.io/coreos/flannel:v0.15.1为lizhenliang/flannel:v0.11.0-amd64，下载不下来或者不知道怎么修改的人直接复制下面的，文件名为kube-flannel.yml，修改后里面的内容如下

进到linux中执行  kubectl delete -f kube-flannel.yml，先把旧的删除

再把新的文件上传，上传后执行kubectl apply -f ./kube-flannel.yml
