【01】win10 python3 安装 Tensorflow-gpu 问题及解决

准备工作： win10 下， python3.7 安装完成

 

问题#1 ：需要升级pip

 

C:\> pip install tensorflow

升级pip

C:\> python -m pip install --upgrade pip
