文字高亮显示

有时候我们要提取TextView中的某一段字高亮显示，如下图所示（适用范围：设置价格之类的）

这里我用的别人封装好的Utils工具

KeyWordUtils

import android.text.Spanned;
import android.text.style.ForegroundColorSpan;

然后是调用方法，在Activity中调用：

        SpannableString textString = KeyWordUtils.matcherSearchTitle(Color.GREEN, textView.getText().toString(), str);
        textView.setText(textString);
    }
}

因为我要高亮显示的是数字，所以我把数字筛选出来了，大家可以根据自己需要自己设置
