一、localtime函数

1、头文件：#include <time.h>

2、函数原型：struct tm *localtime(const time_t *clock);

3、用法：该函数将time_t类型的时间转化为本地时间（我们使用的话是北京时间，不是格林尼治时间）

4、相关结构体：
