接口可以进行new 操作吗

接口是可以new的，使用场景是匿名内部类接口的实现，例子如下：

ITest接口

public interface ITest {
          public void test() throws SQLException;
}

 ABC中传入ITest接口作为参数

public class ABC{

    public String test(ITest itest)throws IOException  {

        try {
            itest.test();
