vs2008使用最新ffmpeg x64项目小记

由于是开发所以要选dev和shared，为了开发x64.就要下64-bit的包。

 

解压dev和shared到z盘根目录下。

设置include 注意是x64平台！

 

同时设置lib

 

vs2008新建win32控制台工程。
