Requirement Analysis for a new function

It is about managing user daily or weekly jobs.

A department designs  sequence jobs, which have relationship among themselves.

We created a System to track and manage sequence tasks.

 

how to make defined those tasks run?

Like using Microsoft Project format, user define a check list with jobs and register

them on the system. Then a scheduler will scan and start current day's job each

day.

 

Now describe what i do for  a function :

2. Why they want to customize the function?

3. What‘s the function used for?

4. Where does the function will use?

5. how does the function work?

6. does the function need workflow:sign complex workflow?
