openssl

If you need to have openssl@1.1 first in your PATH run:
echo ‘export PATH="/usr/local/homebrew/opt/openssl@1.1/bin:$PATH"’ >> ~/.bash_profile

这个意思是指 如果要优先使用 openssl 1.1 那么需要把它append (>>) to ~/.bash_profile file.
because system’s default openssl is not openssl 1.1 but openssl 2.2.7 (or other)
like below:
