js string 的startwiths函数 以及 Array的indexOf函数

在项目中有用到JS中的string的startwiths函数，这个函数不是可兼容所有浏览器的，尤其是在手机的uc浏览器上，String本身没有支持这个函数，需要自己扩展：
String.prototype.startsWith = String.prototype.startsWith || function (prefix) {
return this.slice(0, prefix.length) === prefix;
}
另外Array的indexOf函数也会存在兼容性问题，在uc浏览器上没有支持，因此也扩展了indexOf函数
