BeanFactory在初始化容器时，并没有实例化Bean，直到某个Bean第一次被访问时才会实例化；

ApplicationContext却在初始化时就完成了对所有单实例Bean的实例化。因此ApplicationContext的初始化时间会比BeanFactory稍长一些,不过稍后的调用则没有"第一次惩罚"的问题。

原因：（以ClassPathXmlApplicationContext的构造器为例）

	public ClassPathXmlApplicationContext(String[] configLocations, boolean refresh, ApplicationContext parent)
			throws BeansException {

		super(parent);
		setConfigLocations(configLocations);
		if (refresh) {
			refresh();
		}
	}

对refresh()函数：

	public void refresh() throws BeansException, IllegalStateException {
		synchronized (this.startupShutdownMonitor) {
			// Prepare this context for refreshing.
			prepareRefresh();

			// Tell the subclass to refresh the internal bean factory.
			ConfigurableListableBeanFactory beanFactory = obtainFreshBeanFactory();

可以看到

完成了对单实例bean的实例化
