Problem description:
Reason:
Red Hat OpenStack bug:https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=888987 The link between compute node to volume did not release.
Solution:
- Log-in as admin, modify volume status to 'error'.
- Delete the volume.
- Re-delete stack.
