【uniapp-兼容性处理】安卓uView组件中u-input后置插槽不展示

【问题】

在小程序上u-input后置插槽展示，真机运行安卓机上不展示

【原因】：

原代码：（插槽写法惯性使用#，此处在APP上不兼容该写法）
