安装完8.0之后，登录的时候报错了

[root@localhost ~]# mysql -uroot -P 3303 -p
Enter password: 
ERROR 2059 (HY000): Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' cannot be loaded: /usr/local/mysql/lib/plugin/caching_sha2_password.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

意思就是说8.0之后登录时加密的插件给换了，用以前的方式登录不了了

解决如下：
先用绝对路径进入，然后修改密码，然后就可以直接进入了

[root@localhost ~]# /usr/bin/mysql -uroot -P 3303 -p
Enter password: 
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 11
Server version: 8.0.17

mysql> ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.03 sec)

然后就可以直接登录不会报错了
[root@localhost ~]# mysql -uroot -P 3303 -p
Enter password: 
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 13
Server version: 8.0.17 MySQL Community Server - GPL
