java web报错：Can not find the tag library descriptor for “http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core“

解决方式：
在WEB-INF文件夹下的lib文件夹里加入以下两个jar包(点击这里搜索下载jar包)：
jstl-1.2.jar
standard-1.1.2.jar

报错消失。
