第1行，导入解析库，

第2-14行，创建一个html文件，

第15行，实例化一个Beautiful Soup对象，

第16行，将该对象源代码标准化，

第17行，解析出head标签，

第18行，解析出title标签

将该记事本重命名为b-3.py，在cmd中运行：python b-3.py，结果如下图所示：
