数据库The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.

在使用mybatis配置开发时出现以下错误，最开始一直是怀疑分层有问题，一直在查第一个问题的原因，没有查出原因。后面尝试查看问题2的原因，后面就发现了问题并解决了问题。

1.java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up.

2.The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.

具体报错信息如下：

 百度查询的结果是说因为mysql返回的时间有问题，比实际时间要早8小时。

解决办法：
      serverTimezone=GMT即可解决问题，如果需要使用gmt+8时区，需要写成GMT%2B8
