cxf依赖spring 方式实现webservice服务端

1.导入jar包 包括spring的
2.配置web.xml

4.编写 接口类HelloTestSerivice  实现类：HelloTestServiceImpl


5.执行地址：http://localhost:8080/webserviceTest/ws//HelloTestSerivice?wsdl   发布服务
