SharePoint 部署时报错: 未能提取此解决方案中的cab文件

在vs里右击SharePoint项目，选择"部署"，结果报错：

Error occurred in deployment step 'Add Solution':Fail to extract the cab file in solution.

改用命令行部署，依然报错：

Add-SPSolution:未能提取此解决方案中的cab文件.

原因:

出现此问题，多半是因为打包的项目中的文件的文件名中，有特殊的字符，比如：@，多个.
