Memory resistor or memristor is a nonlinear, fourth basic, passive element beside on conventional elements, R, L and C. Memristor was discovered by L.O. Chua in 1971, but it has been aroused recently by researchers at HP Labs. It is expected to make a huge change not only in literatures but also in nanoelectronic industry. This is simulation for a Memristor run in Simulink/Matlab and built with values of parameters given in two recently published papers by Dmitri B. Strukov et.al. on Nature and by Yogesh N. Joglekar et.al on European Journal of Physics.
