10gR1中ora-00201,ora-01103错误的解决办法

今天刚到公司,有个网友发了ip与密码过来让我帮你启动数据库,进去后发现数据库安装的比较乱,启动数据库时报00201的错误,很久不摸这些安装方面的东西啦,有点生,忙完了一些例行工作,然后就静下心来测试,很快就启动数据库啦.
