mysql驱动问题：com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver 、server time zone value is unrecognized or repre

环境：idea  、mysql-connector-java-8.0.20.jar  、JDK9

报错详情：Loading class `com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'. This is deprecated. The new driver class is `com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver'. The driver is automatically registered via the SPI and manual loading of the driver class is generally unnecessary.
Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

上述出现两个问题：一个是驱动，使用的是新版本，驱动名为：com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver

第二个问题是：url的设置：应该设置为：

String url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/数据库名?serverTimezone=UTC";

具体程序如下：

//1.加载数据库驱动
 Class.forName("com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver");
//2.获取连接
String url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/javaweb?serverTimezone=UTC";

String password = "root";
