windows Python 2.7 和 3.8 安装共存

安装 python 2.7 到 D:\Program Files\Python27
安装 python 3.8 到 D:\Program Files\Python38

完成后进入到D:\Program Files\Python27 复制 python.exe，粘贴为 python2

完成后进入到D:\Program Files\Python38 复制 python.exe，粘贴为 python3

打开环境变量》系统环境变量 path 分别添加
D:\Program Files\Python27
D:\Program Files\Python38
D:\Program Files\Python27\Scripts
D:\Program Files\Python38\Scripts
