springboot启动报错：java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/websocket/DeploymentException

1、问题概述？

在项目开发中遇到了一件非常有趣的事情。

我在本机的开发环境是：springboot2.2.2+webscoket+mysql5.7+mybatis3.5.3.2版本。开发结束后，我将项目部署到了另一台机器上面，这台机器是windows11，本来就是想将环境复制一份到这台机器上，结果出了下面的一个bug提示。

这是少数花费了大量时间，最终发现问题所在。
