A133 android10.0 修改默认语言为中文

1、修改ceres_c3.mk文件。

 PRODUCT_SYSTEM_DEFAULT_PROPERTIES += \

+    persist.sys.country=CN \
+    persist.sys.language=zh

通过查看./frameworks/base/core/jni/AndroidRuntime.cpp文件来进行配置。
