关于xampp更改了端口号还是安装不了的原因之一

楼主被这个问题挡住了好多天，因为网上铺天盖地都是更改端口号啥的

没错 可能有这个原因

还有种原因 打开这个控制器的时候 选择 管理员启动！！！！
