maven 打包 red5 安装包 war 包

在编译 Red5 时，一般会生产2种包：

1，可以直接独立运行的安装包；

2，放到 tomcat 等容器中的发布包 war (依赖于maven war plugin )；

先看 Red5 的 pom.xml

如果我们用 mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true install，那么打包的内容就只有 class 和xml。
