解决：restful的增删对应的http方法分别为put及delete（边跑步边想到的。。。）

调用put方法步骤

1.修改tomcat下conf/web.xml

这段代码若web.xml中已经存在就修改上面readonly节点属性即可，若没有就新加。

2.修改tomcat目录下conf/tomcat-users.xml，添加用户权限，同时调用接口时也需要加上同下的权限。
