把url改一下

String url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/ljj?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai&zeroDateTimeBehavior=CONVERT_TO_NULL";

修改url后连接成功
