ComfyUI（AI）发展到现在，入门门槛已经低很多了，ComfyUI 也不是之前那种极客、高端玩家才能玩得动的。

L 叔的那个聊天记录火了，好多群都在转发，好多不玩 AI 绘画的也在问行者 Flux 了。但是一问是 Flux 做的，要学 ComfyUI 工作流，很多人又被自己劝退了。这又是一个要命的信息差。ComfyUI（AI）发展到现在，入门门槛已经低很多了，ComfyUI 也不是之前那种极客、高端玩家才能玩得动的。
一个信息差价值成金L叔用 Flux 生成逼真美女，在小红书上做矩阵号，小红书没检测到是 AI，还给推流，把搜索页都占了。洋了 1300 多个号，卖给商家。

但是，对于要真实运营小红书账号的玩家来说，需要的是一直专属的脸模，也就是换脸。

我测了几个工作流效果都不理想，目前 ComfyUI 中还没有支持 instantid、 PuLID 换脸插件，都还不支持ComfyUI中使用。

于是就剩下lora训练一个方向了，昨天练了2个lora，效果都还不错。

先科普下：Xlabs 已经推出了基于 FLUX 的 Lora 模型的训练脚本，我们在哩布上看到的脸模，其实都是创作者炼制的。简单一点，在使用工作流时替换 lora，生成的模特就是不同 STYLE，御姐、萝莉都到碗里来。

使用方法也简单：

在模型或者 lora 页面，看到满意的图片，点击一键生图在线生成图片

在lora界面，点击一键生图在线生成图片
在lora 的返图区，直接点击一键生图，在线生成
如果要修改提示词，在提示词输入区域输入修改过的英文提示词。
点击开始生图后，等待生成图片。（生成后也可以在哩布的图库中找到所有图片）
