项目中使用到windows环境的wget

项目中使用到windows环境的wget，于是找一下关于Cygwin环境下的wget资料，主要是编译方面的。

我看了这篇文章后，直接从第二步开始，

$ ./configure

因此我只好返回第一步安装依赖包

但是第一步的安装依赖包后，进行./configure的时候仍然有很多内容检查。后面还是不能进行。不知道问题出在哪里。

返回到最初，仍然去研究怎么安装cygwin，参照如下文章。

作者使用2.774版本的安装程序，我使用的是2.877 32位的。依照内容到“选择安装组件的界面。”因为界面内容不同，而介绍的有差异，没办法看懂。换文章，看了几个看明白了，原来在点击“view”的地方，对应我的是选择view的下拉框，选择分类后，可以看到一样的界面。按照教程提示的选择。
