tableView Header view 自动调整高度

self 这里是你的自定义的headerview adjustTableHeaderHeight函数，tableView的headerView 高度就自动调整了。

非常有用

但是，在IOS7之后，上面那个方法的效果就不对了，需要将函数改造一下：
