向Weblogic下部署程序时，错误提示如下:

看到这样的错误先不要乱，说明部署的时候Weblogic读取web.xml出现了问题，无法识别。

这个类错误分析应该从最后开始阅读分析，这次的错误关键就在


instead of 'init-param@http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee'

所以，把web.xml里面的init-param都找出来分析，果然发现问题

这里配置错误，显然init-param应该配置在filter里面，在tomcat下是无法发现这个问题的。
