设置缓冲区类型函数分析

设置缓冲区类型的函数主要有：

       void setbuf(FILE *stream, char *buf);

       void setbuffer(FILE *stream, char *buf, size_t size);

       void setlinebuf(FILE *stream);

       int setvbuf(FILE *stream, char *buf, int mode, size_t size);

缓冲区的三种类型：

              _IONBF unbuffered
              _IOLBF line buffered
              _IOFBF fully buffered

例子：设置缓冲区为不缓冲，父子进程竞争标准输出资源
