deploy.bat：

set Axis_Lib=F:/a/apache-tomcat-6.0.26/webapps/axistest/WEB-INF/lib
set Java_Cmd=java -Djava.ext.dirs=%Axis_Lib%

//写servlet/AdminServlet将会报错不能生成server-config.wsdd
set Axis_Servlet=http://localhost:8080/axistest/services/AdminService --------这样就能生成 server-config.wsdd

%Java_Cmd% org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient -l%Axis_Servlet% deploy.wsdd

报错：myeclipse控制台输出：- Unable to find config file. Creating new servlet engine config file: /WEB-INF/server-config.wsdd

执行deploy.bat时报错：
