解决方法：

xxxdomain/config/config.xml中增加红字部分：

<app-deployment>

    <name>AnmRad</name>
    <target>AdminServer</target>
    <module-type>war</module-type>
    <source-path>/lcims/xxx/webapps</source-path>
    <security-dd-model>DDOnly</security-dd-model>
