解决方法：

10g中丢弃了log_arvhive_start 参数 不能置为true

SQL> alter system reset log_archive_start scope=spfile sid='*';

System altered.

SQL> shutdown immediate
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

------------------服务名不识别

原因：用户不对，没有在sysdba用户下建立DB_LINK连接

OK  ------------------------> OK
