maven+cxf+spring

1.首先创建一个maven项目

2.构建maven项目结构

3.添加maven依赖

4.创建接口

5.创建实现类

6.在resources文件下添加Spring-context.xml

7.在web.xml中将xml添加进去

8.添加到tomcat,并启动
