Ubuntu升级GCC编译器

1. sudo apt-get install -y software-properties-common
2. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
3. sudo apt update
4. sudo apt install g++-9

Set it up so the symbolic links gcc, g++ point to the newer version:

1. sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/gcc gcc /usr/bin/gcc-9 60 --slave /usr/bin/g++ g++ /usr/bin/g++-9 
2. sudo update-alternatives --config gcc
3. gcc --version
4. g++ --version
