看了网上说了很多换standard.jsr和jstl.jar，实际都解决不了问题的，因为其实加入tomcat，会自带这些jar包，所以如果你项目一切正常，突然出现这问题，你先换其他版本的tomcat，比如tomcat 7、tomcat8、tomcat 8.5 、tomcat 9，基本可以解决问题
