cmd执行ionic serve命令，问题错误:npm ERR! Windows_NT

装好ionic2之后，你兴高采烈地准备大展身手，开启一片新天地，于是乎cmd执行 ionic serve，

结果，遇到问题了：

解决很简单：

1.更新node，npm

2.执行cmd命令时，使用管理者权限就行了
