WCF基础程序在Open上失败了！

         using (adventureworksEntities database = new adventureworksEntities())
                    {

                                           where string.Compare(p.ProductNumber, productNumber) == 0
                                           select p).First();

在  using (adventureworksEntities database = new adventureworksEntities())这一句的时候没有出错，但是在

  Product product = (from p in database.Products
                                           where string.Compare(p.ProductNumber, productNumber) == 0
                                           select p).First();
却出错了基础程序在Open上失败了的错误提示。
错误原因：
自己没有把Sqlexpress打开导致的。
解决方案：
把SqlExpress服务打开 。
