状态栏沉浸

状态栏沉浸是安卓4.4以上新功能，这里使用github上开源项目，SystemBarTint来实现。
在你的Activity中创建对象并设置颜色
if(Build.VERSION.SDK_INT >= Build.VERSION_CODES.KITKAT){
getWindow().addFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_TRANSLUCENT_STATUS);
getWindow().addFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_TRANSLUCENT_NAVIGATION);
}
SystemBarTintManager manager = new SystemBarTintManager(this);
manager.setNavigationBarTintEnabled(true);
manager.setStatusBarTintEnabled(true);
manager.setTintColor(Color.BLUE);

Acitivity的顶布局设置这两个属性
android:fitsSystemWindows=”true”
android:clipToPadding=”true”

至此完成状态栏沉浸功能！
