This policy is keeping not using old passwords by forcing using others new passwords at first, setting 0 means turn off

B. Maximum password age//密码最长使用期限
This policy allows the user using one passwords for some time, setting 0 means turn off

This policy makes sure that the passwords should be change after some time, setting 0 means turn off
