VS2013配置ASP.NETconfiguration
1. Open the Command Prompt (not as administrator)
2. Navigate to the folder where IIS Express is installed on your machine.
3. In the command line spin up a IISExpress site with the following prompt:
cd /Program Files/IIS Express
“iisexpress.exe /path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\ASP.NETWebAdminFiles /vpath:”/ASP.NETWebAdminFiles” /port:[port] /clr: 4.0 /ntlm”

4. This should launch an IISExpress instance of the Configuration Manager Site

5. Open your browser.

6. In the URL enter the following:

http://localhost:8082/asp.netwebadminfiles/default.aspx?applicationPhysicalPath=[appPath]&applicationUrl=/

substituting the [appPath] with the absolute path to the Visual Studio Project folder with the solution file in it.

7. Your ASP.NET Web Site Administration Tool is running as before.

我配置的如下：

cd /Program Files/IIS Express
iisexpress.exe /path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\ASP.NETWebAdminFiles /vpath:”/ASP.NETWebAdminFiles” /port:8082 /clr: 4.0 /ntlm”
http://localhost:8082/asp.netwebadminfiles/default.aspx?applicationPhysicalPath=D:\VS2008Demo\Web1&applicationUrl=/
