安装sts(spring tool suite)时报错：An error occured executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime installer

1.问题描述

安装sts时，双击安装包，报错：An error occured executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime installer，如下图：

2.问题解决

问题的原因没有搞清楚，但是解决办法通过查找网上的资料解决，即用命令行安装

（1）打开powershell或者cmd，进入到到安装包目录

（2）运行如下命令

.\postgresql-9.6.11-1-windows-x64.exe  --install_runtimes 0

如下图

（3）然后按照接下来的顺序安装。
